I'm a Counseling Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Addictions Counselor, and a Forensic Psychologist. I have spent my career working in child welfare and with complex trauma survivors. I specialize in treating Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. Clinical treatment approaches are based on Person-Centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Disorders, Complex Traumatology, and Emotion Effect Regulation. You must be committed to changing your life and doing the work required. If not, psychotherapy will not be effective, I assist you in doing the work which is required for symptom reduction. I provide psychotherapy services to children, individuals, teens, families, and couples. I am a CBT Therapist and I help my patients solve their most concerning problems. If you are ready to do the work required, your symptoms will be reduced. It's a process that requires daily work. You have to do work outside of therapy it's all about self care.
