Watching your child, teen, or young adult struggle with big emotions, school stress, or life transitions can feel overwhelming. You want to help, but sometimes it’s hard to know how. I work with kids (7 and up), teens, young adults, and their parents to navigate the ups and downs of growing up and transitioning into adulthood. With experience in middle school settings and teen residential inpatient programs, I understand the challenges young people and families face. I specialize in helping with depression, anxiety, and emotional struggles.
