I work with teens, families and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transition and relationship issues, pregnancy and parenting concerns, grief and loss, and trauma. I support my clients with gaining insight into the source of their struggles and with developing strategies to have more ease and joy in their lives and relationships. I have significant training in working with trauma, as well as in mindfulness and expressive therapies, to include art therapy.
