I have an extensive history working with adults and adolescents who struggle with trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and the ongoing stressors of everyday life. My goal is to help individuals find their meaning and purpose while working to develop effective coping skills. Through utilizing the skill of creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment, I will employ the most effective therapeutic modalities for an individual's specific needs. I am a Certified Trauma Therapist, as well as trained in a variety of therapies, which optimize a client's belief and understanding in self, to help in the healing process.
