My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution Focused, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, mindfulness among others. I offer a nonjudgmental environment which is genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I will work collaboratively with you and your goals to determine your individual needs and to provide the best care possible.
