I’m a licensed and board certified psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of addiction, relationship issues, and professional supervision. My work has included working with teens, adults, and couples who are challenged by anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. In addition, I have experience working with the LGTBQ community, conflict resolution, and body image. Believing you are the expert in your life my hope is to act as a beacon of light on a path that sometimes goes dark. I am a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience and I practice from a person-centered perspective along with making use of CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am certified to work with couples and use the Gottman approach.
