About

My population of clients consists of older adolescents and young adults between the ages of 7 and 25 who are experiencing or would like to process interpersonal trauma, familial challenges, chronic and/or acute medical conditions, identity challenges, anxiety, and grief. My clients are motivated and engaged in their therapeutic journey in discovering their strengths, weaknesses, and aligning their personal values with their daily ways of living. I strive to utilize expressive and creative modalities of therapy in order to empower clients to explore their experiences in a new way.
