I'm glad you're here. Finding the right therapist can be tricky. Specializing in perinatal mental health, I offer telehealth services to California and Oregon residents. If you are pregnant, postpartum, parenting, and/or struggling with primary partner or family relationships, we may be a good fit. Clients often come to me when feeling down, lost, lonely, irritable, and "unlike myself." In a safe, non judgmental space we explore challenges, thinking patterns, strengthen your inner/outer resources and work to find a path forward.
