Are you tired of living to survive? As a therapist, I meet my clients at their current state of mind and with their collaboration assist them towards their desired outcomes through the use of specific lifestyle changes and researched based interventions. Through formal training and my own personal experiences with trauma and anxiety, I have developed a sustainable therapeutic approach that fosters self awareness and cultivates a sense of balance in the client’s mind, body ,and spirit. “Just like the lotus flower, we too, have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world”.
