Hi and welcome to my profile! I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am licensed in MD and VA. I help clients who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, and other life challenges. I also can act as a bridge between parents and teens, often playing the role of “translator” for teen language to parent language. I sometimes incorporate family sessions as part of the therapeutic process to enable teens and parents to work on communication skills and help foster a healthy family dynamic.
