I work with individuals who want to better understand their emotional experiences and make intentional changes in their lives. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by internal struggles, unsure how to move forward, or caught in cycles that no longer align with their values. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and attachment-based approaches, I help clients build awareness, develop psychological flexibility, and take steps toward meaningful personal progress.
