Whether you’re struggling with relationship issues, trauma, self esteem, or any other stressor, I am here to listen support, and guide you towards positive change. My approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals, and we create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. I have over 12 years of experience as Licensed Professional Counselor and I’m dedicated to helping you live a fulfilling and empowered life.
