About
People come to therapy for many different reasons, often at moments when something in life feels difficult, confusing, or painful. There isn’t a single “right” way for therapy to look. What matters most to me is meeting you where you are and shaping the work around what feels useful and supportive, rather than fitting you into a particular model of therapy. My work is person-centered and relational, informed by cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. I pay close attention to emotion, relational patterns, and the ways thoughts and behaviors interact with lived experience. View 4 Photos I support you in identifying what’s helping, what’s getting in the way, and what might be worth trying differently. That often means moving flexibly between reflection and skill-building, acceptance and change, depending on what you need in the moment.
