I am a licensed clinical Social Worker practicing with children, adolescents, adults and families for 25 years. I work accordingly as a certified Life Coach. My own struggles as a teen and young adult motivated me to become a Social Worker and ultimately a Therapist. I enjoy connecting with an array of people with varied presenting issues and specialize in working with adolescent girls and women with a history of trauma. With extensive trauma-informed experience and as a divorced mom of three young adults, I am able to authentically connect with my clients to promote vulnerability and to create space for healing and transformation.
