I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker providing tele-therapy to residents of Washington and Idaho. My work experience in rural behavioral health settings has prepared me to be well rounded in working with a variety of symptoms, conditions, and diagnoses. I use a range of treatment methodologies including Radically Open-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). I enjoy working with people holistically, incorporating neurobiology into therapy. I work with individuals and facilitate RO-DBT skills groups.
