I understand how difficult and debilitating OCD can be. There aren't enough professionals trained in treating OCD, and it often goes misdiagnosed. It's an unfairly stereotyped condition, and I have empathy and understanding for the challenges faced by individuals with OCD. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. We have a deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD, which enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. Additionally, we have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
