Our minds are powerful, yet they can tell us stories that aren’t always true. In those moments, it’s important to pause, sort through the noise, and focus on what truly matters. Most people don’t need to be “fixed”-they need to be understood. They need someone who listens without judgment, sees their pain, and reminds them they’re not alone. That’s the heart of my work.
