I’m Allie, and I specialize in working with individuals navigating the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Whether you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I am also deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate and heal their relationship with food and their bodies.
