Hey, I’m Allie — a therapist who gets the pressure of trying to “do it all.” Many of my clients come in with similar challenges: navigating high stress careers, relationships, motherhood (or deciding maybe NOT motherhood!), and still try to feel okay. If you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure where life is headed, you’re not alone. I help gen z and millennial women and moms navigate life transitions, manage stress and anxiety, and feel more confident about themselves. I also work with children who are 3-9 years old through play therapy to better manage big feelings, adjust to life changes, and more successfully navigate their world. My approach is relational, personalized, and grounded in helping you or your child thrive both now and in the future. I believe every client is unique and that their goals in therapy should be individualized to who they are, which means I work with my clients to explore not just what you need now, but what will also set you up for success in the long-term.
