I specialize in perinatal/postpartum mental health and trauma. I do so by creating a safe space in order to build a strong therapeutic relationship. It is then that we can explore your personal experience while working to discover and strengthen coping skills to promote resiliency. My work is heavily trauma informed with roots in Attachment work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
