Welcome. I am a licensed clinical sport and performance psychologist and owner of Achieve Performance Psychology. I help individuals, families, couples and teams be consistent and confident in life's endeavors. I am a certified mental performance coach (CMPC). My aim is to create mindful awareness of what is contributing to your success and what may be a barrier. You and I will work as a team to create consistent progress and achievement in working towards your goals. I work with athletes, business executives, and performers of all types and levels including youth, amateur, collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes. Common presenting concerns I specialize in include: performance anxiety, lack of confidence, injury recovery, fear and mental blocks, lack of focus, communication, comparison to others, perfectionistic thinking/behaviors, Championship mindset, dealing with pressure, emotional agility.
