I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with master’s degrees in Child Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, and over a decade of experience across hospitals, schools, private practice, and state agencies. My background includes working with individuals in crisis, as well as those living with serious mental health conditions, such as mood disorders, psychosis, and co-occurring substance use. I’ve supported children with developmental and behavioral health disorders, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. I also have experience developing behavior support plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities and providing care coordination in complex medical and mental health cases.
