Hello, I am Allison Chase. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a decade of experience working with individuals and couples. My areas of focus are infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and adjusting to parenthood. I also have experience in and enjoy helping clients struggling with life transitions, anxiety and depression. In my work with clients, I provide new perspectives, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and help client's develop coping skills to help overcome challenges.I believe feeling validated, understood and seen are important to healing and growth.
