The goal of therapy is to develop an awareness of our emotional patterns and recognize where they are not serving us. Many of us are operating within a problem saturated narrative that needs to be rewritten. It is my experience that the problems don’t occur in a bubble. I believe that issues are systemic, therefore I will often incorporate partners or members of the Family in the healing and growth process. I find my training in mediation practices further equip me to deal effectively with dysfunction family communication patterns.
