Making the decision to begin therapy is no small feat. My as a therapist is to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with a fresh, relatable approach. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by school, work, or relationship, or just trying to figure out what comes next, I’m here to support you in a way that feels comfortable and engaging. My primary approach to therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Parent-Management Training and Solution Focused Therapy. I treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, oppositional defiance, ADHD, and trauma related disorders.
