I focus on empowering individuals and families to recognize their individual strengths that will assist them along their journey to garner the courage and hope to achieve a life worth living. My passion is to work with adolescents, families, and adults struggling with a range of mental health concerns including emotional dysregulation, family conflict, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidality. I will create a non-judgmental, compassionate, and safe space for you to engage in and feel immediately comfortable with our therapeutic relationship.
