Allison utilizes a psychodynamic and object relations perspective, but also utilizes other theories in addition to best help her clients and their unique circumstances. Allison creates a comfortable environment by establishing rapport as a foundation for a good therapeutic relationship. This will create trust and comfort as therapy progresses, which will make it easier to open up.
