I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist in Orinda, specializing in supporting women through life’s transitions. After years of working with children, teens and parents I am now focusing on women’s mental health, with an emphasis on pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I recently completed Advanced Perinatal Mental Health training to better assist women during these significant life stages. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs, combining methods like CBT, narrative therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness to foster healing and personal growth.
