Hi! I am currently accepting new clients. Whether you are new to counseling or have previously engaged in counseling services in the past, I would love to help you navigate life’s stressors and any areas you’d like to explore. I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages- children, teens, young adults, and adults- as well as with couples, families and groups in private practice and community clinic settings. I use a person-centered, eclectic approach grounded in evidence-based practices, integrating techniques from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapies.
