I (they/them) am a trans and queer therapist who enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, & polyamorous folks. I offer trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and sex/kink positive therapy. I specialize in gender/sexuality, trauma recovery, relationships, family of origin/attachment trauma, anxiety, & depression. I am trained in EMDR. I also use Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and interpersonal practices in my work with clients.
