Whether you're struggling with low mood, difficulty in relationships, anxiety, grief, or a major life change/transition...I am here to help you through this difficult time while building skills to help you toward a healthy future! My primary focus in therapy is to meet you where you're at and work from there! Whether you're looking for a space to process your thoughts and feelings, or to be action-oriented in improving a specific struggle.
