Finding the right fit with a therapist can be challenging. I'm a psychotherapist who excels at connecting with people and making them feel at ease. I'm known by my clients to be warm, engaged, humorous, direct and compassionate. I believe it is a privilege to sit with people who allow me to bear witness to their lives, stressors, and pain. I have great appreciation for the "and" that life often presents, and encourage clients to recognize and tolerate that we often experience conflicting emotions simultaneously. I approach therapy as an interactive process and enjoy working with people to develop a plan that works best for them.
