Being human is hard. Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating—especially when you’re not sure what you’re feeling or how to talk about it. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out. I specialize in working with teenagers and men. Adolescence is a time of intense emotion, pressure, and change, and many teens benefit from having a supportive adult outside their family—someone they can be honest with. In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding emotions, building practical coping skills, and navigating challenges at home, at school, and in relationships.
