Welcome to the start of a new beginning. As a therapist I believe that every day is a new opportunity for growth and taking back our power. Day to day stressors and life events can leave us feeling depressed, anxious, and powerless. As humans, we experience situations and emotions differently based on our past and current experiences. I adapt my therapeutic approach and environment to meet each individual’s needs. I believe it is important to allow ourselves to experience all emotions and identify healthy ways to regulate them. As a clinician, I am inspired by an individual’s story and resilience.
