I work with a wide array of individuals, who are seeking help for a specific problem or, who are simply looking to expand upon their understanding of themselves & their life experiences. In sessions, I aim to provide a comfortable, safe, & unbiased space where you feel inspired to communicate & empowered to collaborate on your goals. A main area of my practice is working with those struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID), disordered eating, orthorexia, exercise addiction, & body image concerns.
