Unwanted thoughts, anxiety and depression can be very difficult to manage. Sometimes we feel all alone or lost and need someone to help get us on track. My goal is to help you feel empowered and confident in your abilities to manage the challenges in your life. I use a person-centered approach using proven techniques. I focus on helping people with depression, anxiety and communication issues. My specialty is OCD treatment, where I provide effective techniques to help manage intrusive thoughts and rituals.
