I believe it is essential to tailor each client's treatment plan to their individualized goals, aspirations, vulnerabilities, and unique characteristics; therapy should not be a "one-size-fits-all" approach. I seek to first understand what brought each client to therapy at this specific point in time, identify the change(s) they wish to see in their lives, set practical goals, and work together on getting there. I have a decade of clinical experience working with adult populations who have experienced an array of challenges including depression, anxiety, chronic illness, life transitions, and substance misuse. My practice seeks to identify and reach each client's personalized goals by using a multitude of clinical frameworks that foster growth and positive change.
