I have almost a decade of experience in the mental health field and am eager to support you with your goals. I approach my sessions with an energetic & compassionate approach where you'll never be judged and always feel heard. I am trauma trained in TF-CBT, a certified disaster response crisis counselor (DRCC) and and am in the process of obtaining a certification to become a ADHD clinical services provider (ADHD-ccsp). I use client centered, trauma informed, strengths based & holistic approaches, & pull from MI, CBT/DBT, somatic, mindful, & expressive therapies. No 2 sessions will look the same!
