Hello! I'm Allison Phinney, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I am passionate about empowering clients with the skills and resources they need to thrive. My expertise in mindfulness enables me to provide holistic and evidence-based interventions that promote positive outcomes and help prevent crises. It is important to me to remain driven and value diversity, equity, and inclusion; I strive to make a difference in the lives of my clients every day. I have been working with the autistic community for over 10 years. I feel that neurodivergent and autistic individuals are often underserved and marginalized, and I am very excited to be a small part in changing that.
