I am invested in helping adults learn to be kinder to themselves through therapy. My clients are people who are invested in change and who are ready to take a hard look inward and say, “I want something better for myself each day.” My experience ranges from crisis work with those standing on the precipice of a mental breakdown to those wanting to lessen anxiety. I am passionate about diversity and equity and believe all people deserve access to affordable, quality therapy regardless of who they are, who they love, where they come from, or what they look like.
