I became a therapist because I believe that we are all longing for connection, and to be seen and valued. I believe that in the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship, people can develop the skills they need to feel more at peace and to connect more deeply with others. In my practice I integrate mindfulness practices to help clients learn to better cope with stress, enhance their well-being, and improve overall balance and equanimity. I work with adults of all ages on a variety of issues. I have a particular passion for working with helping professionals and caregivers to support the unique needs of caring for others.
