I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker practicing in both Minnesota and Illinois. Although I enjoy working with all people facing diverse challenges and mental health needs, I have spent most of my career working with women and children in different capacities. This gave me the opportunity to narrow my focus and specialty to working with parents and individuals on the parenting journey. I have the experience and expertise to help individuals navigate the unique challenges in this life stage, from infertility and infant loss to pregnancy and parenthood,
