My method of counseling focuses on helping clients achieve an overall sense of wellbeing—not just emotional, but physical, social, and, spiritual. I work at a clinic that specializes in trauma, and I like to incorporate movement and creativity in the healing process. I appreciate in-person appointments to connect with clients. Many clients will hold trauma in their bodies, and my goal is to help you let that go and continue to heal. I enjoy using a spiritual component in therapy as well, as this is an important aspect of wellness. I strive to be person-centered, and find coping skills and strategies that will best help each client.
