When your child is struggling, you want more than anything to help. It's difficult when you don't know where to start. As a therapist, I work with children, teens, and young adults to understand who they are, identify their unique needs, and develop a customized treatment plan to meet them where they are. Since no two individuals are the same, neither is their treatment. The individuals may be struggling at school with social dynamics or academics, at home with family relationships and communication, or overall emotional regulation, anxiety, OCD, or depression.
