I am a Licensed Counselor with 10 years of experience specializing in substance use, anxiety, depression, emotional & behavioral disturbances, and interpersonal impairments. In my clinical work, I am well-versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as creative modalities such as mindfulness-based therapies, music & art, role play/modeling & exposure therapy, and hypnotherapy. I offer outpatient treatment for patients ages 13+ utilizing Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Substance Abuse & Recovery services, and CBT in my approach. I have experience in both clinical and outpatient settings.
