I love working with a diversity of clients. Many of my clients have started therapy because they want to have relief from depression, anxiety, insecurity, pain in current or past relationships, or trauma. I work well with people who want to be curious about their past, patterns, strengths, symptoms, survival strategies, and complexities. I have noticed that I often work with people who want to investigate their worldview and patterns from multiple perspectives. They're open to -even if it's new at first- being both analytical and body-centered to learn more about themselves both by thinking and by feeling.
