At times life can feel overwhelming, stressful, & emotions can seem difficult to manage. Burdens of life transitions, social challenges, self-esteem, anxiety & depression often impact navigating day-to-day life. I specialize in working with teenagers (high school age & up) and young adults through addressing these challenges. In working together as a team we will explore and address barriers to promote healing, growth, and balance. I am available to see high school age teenagers & older.
