Hi my name is Ally Dzurka and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC for short). I believe that you are the most important tool in the therapeutic process meaning that you're identity, beliefs, strengths, and values are at the core of your ability to heal. Thus, I take a person-centered approach to treatment which involves first developing a trusting relationship and getting to know your unique strengths. My areas of focus include relational trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and parenting support.
