Relationships can be tough for many of us to navigate; often causing tension, anxiety, depression, and/or distance in the relationship. It can be confusing to know what to do or how to change to make the relationship the best it can it be. I predominantly work with couples and families to restore and reconcile negative patterns that have become problematic in the relationship. When I work with individuals, much of our focus is on their ability to implement change into the relationship they are struggling in. I believe when we feel we are thriving and secure in our relationships, we are better able to face life's challenges.
