I have a collaborative, holistic and active approach to therapy which aims to enhance your strengths and insight, build skill and increase resilience. I work with trauma, substance use and process addiction, anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, BPD, grief/loss, and work with couples and families, including blended and non-traditional family and relationship styles. I tend to be candid and participatory in session and aim to create a dynamic relationship with clients that facilitates growth, honesty and adaptive change, meeting my clients where they are. I offer several effective, evidence based modalities to work with trauma, behavior and mood, and center these in a humanistic and person-centered framework that incorporates your body, mind and spirit. I am trained in EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention, DBT, ACT, CBT and mindfulness based cognitive therapy.
